🚨 Issue: Subscription Failed and Got Stuck

If your subscription renewal fails (usually due to a payment issue), your subscription may become stuck in an active state without successful payment.

In this situation, you won’t be able to restart or manage the subscription normally.

🧭 Why This Happens

Payments are processed via Stripe.

If your card has:

  • Insufficient balance

  • Expired details

  • Payment restrictions

Stripe will retry the payment multiple times. If all attempts fail, the subscription may remain in a stuck state instead of automatically cancelling.

⚠️ Important: Manual Action Required

When a subscription gets stuck, it cannot be cancelled from your end.

👉 You will need to contact support via email so we can manually cancel the subscription for you.

✅ How to Fix It

  1. Email our support team

  2. We will:

    • Check your subscription status

    • Manually cancel the stuck subscription

Once cancelled, you’ll be able to subscribe again normally.

🔄 Restarting Your Subscription

After we cancel it:

  1. Go to the Pricing page

  2. Start a new subscription

Your Pro access will resume immediately after successful payment.

💡 Pro Tips
